TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking and Payment :- 

​

• Booking must be completed before the swimmer's first lesson.

​

• The direct debit payments must be scheduled before the swimmer's first lesson.

​

• When booking you are committing to the full term, unless agreed before the start of the term.

​

Cancellations :-

​

• Monthly payments

  • Bookings cancelled more than 2 weeks before the first lesson of the term will receive a full refund.

  • Bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks but more than 24 hours before the first lesson of the term will receive a 75% refund.

  • Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the first lesson of the term will receive no refund for the lessons that have been paid for. Any scheduled future payments will be cancelled.

• Full payments

  • Bookings cancelled more than 2 weeks before the first lesson of the term will receive a full refund.

  • Bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks but more than 24 hours before the first lesson of the term will receive a 75% refund.

  • Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the first lesson of the term will only receive a refund in line with the monthly payments.

• If a lesson is cancelled due to a fault of the pool or company, that lesson will be carried over to the next term. If a swimmer is not returning the lesson will be refunded.

​

Etiquette :-

​

• Swimmers under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult on poolside until their lesson begins.

​

• Swimmers should arrive on poolside no more than 5 minutes before the start of lessons.

​

• Parents picking up swimmers (where parents are not allowed on poolside) should arrive no more than 5 minutes before the end of lessons. 

​​

• Parents and swimmers should follow the venue rules provided in the confirmation.
