What's been happening - May 2020

Another month in lockdown and I feel like I've aged 50 years in that month! There is light at the end of the tunnel though as lockdown begins to ease. I'm in the process of working out any changes that may need to happen for lessons restarting to ensure it's as safe as possible for all involved. I'm awaiting guidance from experts to hopefully help plan a return to lessons, hopefully in August. I don't know about you but I am very much missing being in the pool!

When we do return to lessons we will be offering drop in lessons along with our regular term time lessons. The logistics still need to be worked out so watch this space. Term bookings will still be available and will have priority over drop in bookings.

A few of our St Andrews teachers are graduating next month so won't be returning to teach with us when we do restart. Everyone at Swim World wishes them all the best for the future and a big thank you for all their hard work. Recruitment for new teachers has been put on hold at the moment, but once we know for definite when the lessons can restart and what staff are needed, it can resume.

Short and sweet for this month.

Stay safe and hopefully will see you back at lessons in August.
