EAT. SLEEP. TEACH SWIMMING

What's been happening - December 2019

Updated: Jan 27

BEHIND THE SCENES

Things have been a bit hectic on the admin side this month with rebooking, writing the certificates for all of the swimmers and finding space for and moving swimmers ready to move up. I did have help from one of my friends/teachers with writing the certificates, although he waited until he arrived at my flat to tell me he’d broken his hand the night before. Still managed to write a fair chunk of certificates before heading along to A&E to actually get it checked out.

NEW VENUES/CLASSES

We are scheduled to start lessons at Queensferry High School in January on Tuesday afternoons and Sunday mornings, Sundays starting on the 12th and Tuesdays starting on the 14th. There has been a little hiccup in our plan as the pool has been closed for the past month due to unstable air and pool temperatures. Edinburgh Leisure have informed me that the issue is improving and are hopeful for reopening in the new year. I should have more information when they reopen after the holidays on the 6th January. Fingers crossed all goes to plan.
