Due to the COVID-19 outbreak lessons have been suspended at all venues. Below will hopefully answer any questions you have regarding the lessons. If you have a question that's not been covered please feel free to get in touch.
Q. When will lessons restart?
A. Honestly, we don't know. Once it is safe and the schools have reopened we will look at restarting the lessons.
Q. I've paid for lessons that have been cancelled. Will I be refunded?
A. All lessons that have been paid for that have been cancelled will be credited when we start again. If you choose not to continue with us then please get in touch to arrange a refund.
Q. I usually pay by direct debit, will my payments continue?
A. No, all payments have been suspended. If you do receive anything regarding payments due please get in touch.
Q. My direct debit is still showing as active, should I cancel it?
A. All payments have been suspend so there is no need to cancel your direct debit mandate. If you do receive anything regarding payments due please get in touch.
Q. I haven't rebooked for next term, is my space safe?
A. Rebooking has been extended until the week after we restart lessons, whenever that will be. In the meantime all spaces are safe unless you have informed us that you no longer wish to continue with us.
Q. Will the teachers be the same?
A. Depending on when we restart, there may be some changes to teachers. Most venues should remain relatively unaffected but, as half the teachers at St Leonards are students and been advised to return home for the remainder of the academic year, if lessons start before the new academic year in September we may be short on staff. We will do everything we can to ensure classes run as smoothly as possible once back up and running.
If there's anything you're not sure on that hasn't been covered please feel free to get in touch. In the meantime, thank you for your support during these strange times and please stay safe. Hope to see you back at lessons soon!
