With schools reopening this week we will hopefully get back to lessons soon. Until then here are a couple of challenges to try out.
What to do: Put a t-shirt on using breaststroke arms. My attempt is a bit rubbish, I'm sure you can do better!
Hint: It's much easier if you're lying down!
Good for: practicing breaststroke arms
What to do: Spell swimming using only your body. It helps to be extra bendy!
